NYSC INTER-CDS FOOTBALL COMPETITION: DAY 3 MATCH REPORTS AND GROUP STANDING




The official day 3 matches of the first Inter-Cds football competition was a whao, with a very interesting results and a lot of highlights.

The first match started at the hour of 2pm at the kwara stadium, and the match was between Medical/Legal Aid Cds and PET Cds. The match ended a goalless draw, as the two sides were unable to find the back of net throughout the whole 90mins. Though a controversial goal was scored but was later ruled out by the ref. as the linesman declared it to be offside.



The second match started immediately after the first match. The match featured the host team Sport Cds and the environmental Cds group.

The match ended 7 goals to 1 in favour of the host team. An early goal from the man of the match, Aluoghor Joel, gave the host team an early lead, the player who later added two extra goals to his name to make it hat trick was seen all over everywhere around the field. Also Goals from Otubu Tobi, Abdulrahman Bashir, Adeomi Nurudeen and Mubarak yakubu helped the host team to a comfortable victory,

Though a consolation goal was later given to the environmental Cds group lately in the match, as a penalty kick was given to them which was nicely taken. The host team is now leading their group.
