N-Power apologized for the inability of applicants to check their pre-election status.
The applicants who were unable to access the page for a few hours. was frustrated by the program.
On Tuesday at 6:30am, N-Power posted on its Twitter account on Nov. 21, assured that the issue was resolved.
"We apologize to men and women who were checking us at 11:30pm."
"Yes, we had a technical difficulty, but now it's already addressed, and applicants can log in to see their pre-election status."
Meanwhile, the program has released its call centers.
Nigerians introduced N-Teach, N-Agro, N-Health and N-Tax.
The Presidency recently announced that 176,160 alumni beneficiaries are involved in the program.
